A few more days and we’ll be on to something different to read in the newspapers. The shift in balance of power between the new media and old has been a huge learning experience for me.
I’ve been thinking a lot about a quote by Thomas Pynchon, “If they can get you asking the wrong questions, they don’t have to worry abut the answers.”
Some want to watch the knife that cuts us apart, I prefer to see the reflections of the better parts of our country’s character in each of the parties.
In troubled times this country has always helped people in need. I imagine more help than most. There is never Democrat or Republican attached to anything we give.
